To Our Patient Family,

Your team at Arvada Family and Cosmetic Dentistry has been working hard through the COVID-19 crisis to ensure the health and well-being of all of our patients. We appreciate your flexibility in allowing us to prioritize those patients with urgent needs and reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission by implementing social distancing protocols in our practice.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions and required changes to scheduled patient visits, we realize that current Smile Care members may not have been able to fully utilize the benefits of their annual membership. In order to make the annual benefits fully available for current members, we will extend their current membership by 3 months at no additional charge.

Also, we are offering the same extension of an additional 3 months onto membership for anyone who enrolls in the Smile Care Program before we are able to start seeing hygiene patients again on June 8^th of this year. And for any current member who renews their Smile Care membership, or any new member who enrolls before June 8^th of this year we are offering a first-time ever discount off the $300 membership fee (for preventive services valued at over $670 and discounts on all other services).

For anyone who renews their membership or enrolls in the Smile Care program before June 8^th of this year, it will be $275 for 15 months of membership. The new membership period will start on the date when their current membership was set to expire, or when they come in for their next visit, whichever is later.

Again, we appreciate your understanding and flexibility in rescheduling appointments to maintain the safest possible environment for our patients, our team, and our community as we manage through this challenging time.
