The AFC Dentistry Smile Care Program was created with your needs in mind. You don’t need insurance to enjoy superior dental care.
Our Smile Care Program has an annual membership fee of $360 (equal to $30 per month) and for children under 16 just $180, and includes the following annual services free of charge (valued at over $600)
