To Our Patient Family,
We are once again approaching the end of a year and I want to thank you all for your patience during what has been a difficult 20 months since the pandemic started. The team here at Arvada Family and Cosmetic Dentistry has been doing our best to be here for you during these unpredictable times. We have seen many familiar faces return to the practice and are glad to welcome you back!
If you are still hesitant to return please feel secure in the knowledge that we have and will continue to implement safety practices that meet and exceed the guidelines of the CDC, OSHA, and all state and federal advisories in regard to protecting our patients, our team members, their families and the community at large from all forms of infectious disease. The safety of my patients and my team and everyone we care about has always been of the utmost importance to me and I am proud to say that through this entire pandemic there have been no documented cases of COVID-19 transmission in our practice.
We, like all other businesses, have suffered downtime as team members or family of team members have been out due to pandemic-related quarantine needs and we appreciate the patience, understanding, and flexibility you, our patients have shown when we found ourselves short-handed. Over the past 2 years, we have seen some team members leave and had the pleasure to welcome new ones to help provide you with outstanding dental care. Due to changes related to the pandemic and school-age child care concerns we have struggled to find ways to get the entire team more available for our patients. I am glad to say that we have found solutions to many of the scheduling problems and look forward to being able to be more regularly present for our patients in the upcoming year!
We are still asking patients to let us know as soon as possible if they are sick and have an upcoming appointment so that we can protect the health of everyone in the practice and the community we care for and prevent the spread of all diseases. However, due to a large number of last-minute cancelations, we are seeing due to illness we are asking that you please do everything in your power to keep your appointments when you are not ill. Also, if you are flexible with when you can come in, please let us know so that when someone else cancels we can call you to get your care sooner than originally planned.
We are very much looking forward to seeing you show your beautiful smiles again and are ready to help you with all of your dental needs going into 2022!
Keep smiling (whether it’s under a mask or not) and have a wonderful holiday season!
