Hello All!

I would like to announce a few updates we have made here at AFC Dentistry to improve our patient experience since this past summer!

For starters, we have two new team members! Birgitta has joined our front office team as our Receptionist and will be helping to welcome you when you come in or when you call on the phone. And LaRea has joined our clinical team as a Dental Assistant and will be helping me with the delivery of your care. These two wonderful ladies are a joy to have on the team and I’m sure you will come to appreciate their skillset and personalities when it comes to helping with your dental care just as I have!

Also, we have set up a computer workstation for our patients to use in the reception area when they need to complete new patient forms or update their medical history. We have already found this to be far more user-friendly than completing forms on a mobile device or Ipad and it is helping us conserve resources by using less paper! So, if you have a new patient visit scheduled and have yet to get your new patient “paperwork” completed just come in about 15-20 minutes early for your appointment and we will help you get them done on the patient workstation in the reception area!

Birgitta, LaRea, Kim (our hygienist), Janey (our lead dental assistant), Kristine (our care and insurance coordinator), and myself are all looking forward to helping you solve all of your dental needs!

And as always, the best compliment we get from our patients is when they send their friends and family our way to receive the same level of excellent care they have experienced with us. We’ll always make room for more friends in the practice and look forward to seeing familiar faces return and meeting new ones!
